I used to be a Methodist(for about two years).I left as soon as I discovered their political affiliations. But I can attest, these are the most lethargic, laid-back Christians of them all. Methodists didn't seem to care about doctrine or theology....they claimed to welcome all, regardless of interpretation or individual beliefs, etc...And now, all these years later, for them to pick something like THIS....something this ridiculous....to FINALLY be willing to actually fight about...just tells you something about liberals...They seem to harbor a sick aversion to anything normal. It's a liberal trait.....you see the same thing in the Catholic church...traditional Catholics hold to a normal Christian moral code....liberal Catholics...are just liberals...And it extends across the ocean, too...liberals in Europe are destroying their own nations by allowing vast hordes of Muslims to take over their nations...It's as if about half of the white population just suddenly decided to declare war on their own people and their own culture. I'm not sure if there's anything in history to match this, for sheer mass insanity.

I am so glad to hear about faithful ministers of any denomination. As just a congregant (in waiting), I despair of finding a faithful home. I’m not sure I trust my last church anymore. I’m Lutheran and even the much-vaunted in conservative circles MO Synod has waffled a bit regarding various issues. They are not bad but I see cracks, especially in this liberalland we live in. I feel they are “cowards”, afraid to speak truth in the face of mighty sinful hedonism rampantly pushed in our region. And other churches don’t look much better around here. I’d go to any denomination locally that would avoid rationalizing all this garbage.

All are forgiven, some just choose not to believe that. Some don't believe they need saved, others don't believe they deserve it In Christ.

Saint Paul said that if we are saved, we will not want to sin, but we will sin anyway. We will try not to sin, but we will fail. Is there a difference between what Paul said and the LGBTQ community? Do they attempt to avoid sin? Or do they make sin their identity? Do they want to sin? Or do they want to avoid sin? Are we being "Loving" by lying to them? Are we loving them through our cowardly avoidance of the truth? When they burn for eternity, will they curse our names for failing to warn them? As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Not man's fake version of the Lord. The real one, as shown to us in His scriptures.
