Tipharot, I Hope you see this, I used to watch your videos every night before bed to help me get into the lucid dreaming frame of mind before bed. I have to say, after listening to your videos for so long, they give me a sense of comfort and familiarity. Thank you so much. A lot is changing in my life right now, so feeling like I have something familiar to anchor to really helps. I love your videos. Thank you so much.

I had a lucid dream last night just randomly, and I have officially decided to start practicing and perfecting this skill.

This is my wifes accounts… but just wanted to say i lucid dream every single day pretty much. But I mainly lucid dream of natural disasters and major events before they happen or before news/media airs it…. Just last night I saw a nuclear bomb go off and I can maneuver in any direction even fly up and look down on the earth. I’ve been having this occur since I was 8 years old up until now at 24… glad I found your channel.

I loved that comment about control. The process for how our dreams are controlled is still there, regardless of whether or not we're lucid. Lucidity is more the opportunity to try to control things, as you know the nature of the state that you are in. Whether or not you're consciously trying to control things or only doing so subconsciously, how you perceive the experience you are having is still controlling it, so we absolutely "control" our dreams when we're not lucid, we're just often not consciously deciding to do things along those lines. Not sure how wake induced got started. I've used wake initiated now since I learned how to do WILD as it's true to the original terminology. I loved question 9 lol. Great vid.

I heard being lucid regularly is like having 8 days in a week instead of 7.

A problem I keep havin is when I’m in a lucid dream. I can do whatever i want for about a minute n then I wake up in the dream but not real life. I’ve tried setting the intention that I won’t wake up. I say in the lucid dream if I wake up I’m still in a dream but nothing is working. Ive tried ignorin it too. I’ve had this problem since I started lucid dreaming n still can’t figure out how to stop it. Any Tips?

Well one tip I have is to certainly start doing reality checks as soon as you wake up in the mornings - so that way you'll be able to start getting lucid during those awakenings too as a result. As far as making the individual dreams last longer, I find the simplest thing to do is just take things slow - don't rush to do everything, take a moment to just take in the dream around you, look around, touch objects, maybe sit for a moment, then begin slowly.

These are called false awakenings. You think you've woken up, but you're still dreaming. Do you ever recognize when this happens and retain lucidity? Have you considered intentions to check if you're dreaming whenever you think you've woken up? Do you only have these false awakenings in lucid dreams, or do they happen in non-lucid dreams as well? It sounds like you may be associating lucid dreaming to having these false awakenings, inadvertantly causing them to happen.

@@SkyfallBlindDreamer yeah they only happen when I have lucid dreams n I feel like it’s cuz I associate false awakenings with lucid dreams, but I don’t know how to stop doin that. While I’m havin a lucid dream I’ll repeat if I wake up imma still be in a dream but when I wake up in the lucid dream I don’t remember I’m in a dream

@@woozii.capalot I can tell you one way you're doing it. You are thinking about it when you are lucid, thus engaging with the association between lucid dreams and false awakenings. One way you could work around this is through the rescripting part of the MILD technique. You can take these dreams, imagining when you became lucid, and imagine alternatives to what happend. Instead of trying not to think about false awakenings, as trying not to think about something only causes you to think about it, try thinking of something else. Associate getting lucid with your dream goals, and consider how they might come to pass, or the things you want to do when you do get lucid.
