I think it's more a unique ability. I mean it's not super unique cause a few other insta weightlifter can do it and supposedly you can train to do it too. I dont know for sure cause I haven't learned it, but if Jim carrey can stare at himself in a mirror for hours and learn to contort his face in different ways, im sure this can be acquired naturally, however with intense training involved and with more mind muscle control instead of automated muscle response to certain types of flexes.
@macklemo5968
@macklemo5968 Жыл бұрын
It's not a disease, you can learn to do it. I learned to do it myself. It only happens when you contract the muscle intentionally slowly, such that the tension spreads slowly through the muscle. It does not just happen every time you try to flex fully.

Rippling muscle disease (RMD)-a caveolinopathy-is characterized by wave-like contractions and muscle-mounding due to spontaneous or mechanical (percussive) stimulation.1,2 RMD results from CAV3 mutation on chromosome 3p25-predominantly in an autosomal dominant pattern, and is occasionally autosomal recessive-causing dysfunction of Caveolin-a T-tubule protein).
