I built these farmer carry handles a year ago and they have become one of my favorite strength exercises. They are made from two I-beam, angle iron, and round pipe. Each handle weighs 120 lbs and the total scrap charge was about $60.
After a year of using them, I have a few modifications that I have been wanting to complete. I perform these modifications in this video. I hope you enjoy the video.
