Growing up in SJ you will see Southerners in their subset neighborhoods drinking late at night in the dark in the carports but they really don't get too flamboyant it's rare that you'll see the them walking around in Lakers or dodger shirts anywhere like the shopping mall that's so rare it's almost non-existent and you'll never really see that at the county fair or over at Cinco de Mayo celebrations downtown you may see them once in awhile at the flea market or getting out of a car and going into the liquor store real fast but just blatantly walking around in the city that's a northern stronghold is really non-existent other than in certain neighborhoods like Cadillac drive or near Happy hollow I'm sometimes around 1st Street south of downtown and I give a hat off to them for doing that because if they're walking by wienerschnitzel on South 1st Street they got some balls and you see it from time to time if I said it wasn't happening I'd be lying and so keeping it real I say yes they do have some balls like to go and do that at the Cinco de Mayo celebration downtown it's non-existent because all you see is red and if a war concert goes down at the fairgrounds same thing it just depends who's playing if it's Tower of power it's all red I did see a couple of homies out in the playground of a park on the south side and I just shook my head because that's for the little children to play in not a bunch of guys that are in their 30s even the northerners don't do that they stay off the playgrounds they don't try to act like they own them they don't do that s***and of course handball courts over at Roosevelt Park that's all red the skatepark is the same as well
