Are small achievable goals the key to long term success? I think so. We have all done it. We look at a task and feel overwhelmed. Where do you start? i can't do this. We talk ourselves out of even starting or go into a negative mindset. Well. Lets look at it again. Let's look at the very first step. Perhaps that very first step is to make a plan? We plan out the steps it'll take to achieve the task. Ow, there we go, less scary now. Then we tackle the first task or perhaps break that down into steps. Before we know it. We are on our way! This is the mantra of breaking all things down into small, achievable goals. The positive feedback loop reinforces a positive mindset and now everything is possible!
