My first dog was a Staffy. We had him for 13 years. He was super friendly and eager to meet new people and dogs, very intelligent and easy to train and over all very quiet and well behaved. Sadly he passed in 2020 from cancer. Miss him every day, but absolutely intend to get another Staffy later down the line. Miss you Stanley

The opinion on Staffies are very polarised, it’s either ‘these dogs are killing machines’ or ‘they are absolute sweethearts’ and I’m having trouble figuring out how to find a middle ground where I can get advice that doesn’t undermine how strong these dogs are but also doesn’t automatically paint them as the devils! This channel is a good middle ground and I’m enjoying watching these videos, they may be a tough puppy to train as a beginner but with proper research I don’t doubt I can train one properly :)

My Girl is absolutely loveable she adores everyone literally every stranger on the street every dog cat. Only one problem she is too excited and jumps on everyone

I wish I could post a picture of my new girl. I pick her up Feb 29th! She's a beautiful blue brindle. Very rare looking mix. I can't wait.

I’ve wanted a dog…let me correct myself. I’ve actually wanted another little family member but was always nervous and scared I couldn’t do it. But I’m ready for a Staffie!! I’m just getting Al the advice and tips I can before I bring another life into my home. I want to make sure they’re loved.

Hello there. Im 21 and looking to get a staffy for my first dog puppy. I will be home most of the day studying during the majority of each day however I have heard that staffies do suffer from separation anxiety. For the majority of the week I will only be out 2 hours out of the day maximum. To either workout or see some friends. Is this time period of time ok to leave my staffy home? my brother and mum may also be home potentially during this time while I am out as well. We do have a backyard that is an ok size to keep her entertained.

I really don’t know if a staffy s a good dog for maybe a apartment, or aslong i keep it active outside everyday but being patent for me finishing college or work

Me and my family are first time owners and have a staffy who is 6 month and hes been biting since 8 weeks puppy biting at the start but now we think it's getting proper aggressive in our opinion can we have any help

Feel like if I get a staffy out a good 2x a day and for good few hours surely they can manage to stay alone for a good few hours if they can be trained

While your info is good you speak to fast like your rushing to cram information n u fail to mention these dogs have a animal aggressive nature that must be acknowledged n r not the perfect first time dog for new owners

(Ive asked this question before just hope to get a different answer) I would lime a am staff for my first dog but people recommend English staffies for my first amd plus im moving to Vegas so they say dont get the breed at all due to the hot weather need help love the all black staffie then a AMSTAFF NEED HELP😩🤦🏾‼

My stafff puppy does not want to go out.. I have to drag him out otherwise wil stay all day home .. Why is that?

Maybe he is low in nutrients causing lack of energy. Ask your vet for help. I think you will get a helpful answer from a vet.

@@ricbradley5323 Looks like he doesn’t like cold weather... At home is active and playful . Going out is only to do the job and runs immediately inside...Hope it gets better. He is still an baby ..just 12 weeks old..Any thoughts?

Maybe he's a bit nervous about the lead.....try letting him wear it around the house/garden to get comfy with it. Try talking the walk at his pace and letting him sniff/explore as needed without rushing him. I'm not an expert, my staffy is also only 12 weeks but those things worked well to build his confidence.

@@svetlinbogomilov151 just need more positive socialization. Seems like he's timid. Get a puppy date going and make sure it is a good experience each time. He needs to be around more experience to know what's out there and why it's going to be fun to go out with you.
