Nice job. It’s a grimdark world in 30/40k. The authors for the current timeline are doing a good job with Guilliman and the Lion, giving them some humanity.

I recently finished the lion son of the forest book, and you can tell that the lion is a bit more human in that book. Even the fallen were like, who is this

I for one relate a lot to Magnus and Lorgar. They were probably the most tragic in their fall. Lorgar in particular is interesting, because whereas Magnus was obsessed with hoarding knowledge, Lorgar just wanted the truth. He and his legion devote themselves to the Chaos gods because they are, in their minds, the truth of the universe, albeit a very unpleasant one. This is an example where being uncompromising with your morals and ideologies can cause more harm than good. Having a moral code is important, but it’s just as important to know when to break it. Something that Guilliman actually believed with the Codex Astartes.

Lorgar was lied to from the very beginning. Very tragic and ironic. I wonder what the emperors true plan was for him. Like Curze would have been a perfect judge, Angron would have been a healer/empath (he might be one of the most tragic in my opinion.)

This was pretty great! Good job. Out of curiosity, what do you think of Nathaniel Garro?

I don't know much about Garro, but from what I have seen, he seems like an interesting character

Badass and honorable. Saved the imperium. Don't forget about Caleb his housecarl too. He should be sainted😎.

Personally, he's one of my favourite characters in the whole Heresy. Plus, I'm pretty sure he's wielding Excalibur. Truly an honourable knight.

Garro and Rylanor. My favorites, tragically from traitor legions.

Yes they are good rolemodels, but 40k is grimdark so they are quite brutal too. Look at the kahn, he is ruthless but still a good rolemodel. Stoic,practical and loyal.

Angron is an amazing role model. But we should really infact follow Erebus. Absolutely one of the most father figures of all time.

What is your definition of a good man, if I may ask ?
@bobloerakker7010

The opposite of an evil man. A man with a good morale compass, kind,friendly and protective of others. Not ruled by ego.

@bobloerakker7010 I agree, I was talking about a group of guys who say they are men and call themselves alpha, but in reality, they are just damaged boys complying as men. I forgot to clarify about that.
