We have just received our first look at the NEW LEGO Ninjago Dragons Rising S2 March 2024 sets! In this video I showcase the sets and give my opinions on them.

The use of the Chi crystal piece in a set really hypes me, I hope it's not for nothing, unlike the last two giant flying rocks Lego put in their ips...

When I first saw the Dragonstone Temple I was like "Woah, that looks so cool, I love that build!" You can guess how disappointed I was after seeing the price....

I remember the days when a $50 set was the Fangpyre truck ambush Buying that set was buying an experience, now $50 barely gets you an Arin doom buggy 😭

I’m definitely getting the Young Riyu set because it has Sora’s hair, the new Climbing Hook, & the Pharaoh’s quest sword in silver. I love the new Zane & Jay designs with the super detailed armor, but I’m gonna have to wait like 2 months for them to be readily available on BrickLink because I’m not buying a $120 set & a $70 set for 3 minifigures.

I think these sets overall are pretty good. The Shadow Dojo in my opinion, is the best set here. I mean look at it, it just looks so good.

cool wave, but i'm probably going to buy only the set with the brick build Riyu only because it's a cool build(here in my country dragon rising s1 still hasn't drop, so idk anything about the plot(thank you netflix💀))

In my country, all the episodes of ninjago dragons rising are free on KZfaq (But you have to wait 2 months after the release of a season).

@@CalvinNoire in mine we have to wait a full year to see a new season, and even there, sometimes they just some season(like prime empire and the Mountain) The funny thing is that they have all of the episodes fully dubbed in my language, they just don't upload them for reasons

You could use jay’s new lower mask piece to make a climber sora as it’s dark blue like sora’s colours

The Dragonstone Shrine isn't too bad tbh. I think that size is the main thing that lets it down, but I'd rather have a smaller more fleshed-out build than a glorified wall.

Yeah the dojo is literally just a wall while the shrine is a detaild set with good interior space

Great sets i love the shadow dojo and Kai's climber mech and the new climber ninja and new WildfIre but 3 problems 1 the dragon stone shrine set looks good but is overprice 2 Arin and Sora not getting new suits why i understand the winter wave a bit but how dos it make sense that jay a guy who only had 30 seconds gets new suits while Arin and Sora who are the new main characters get nothing new and 3 i like Kai's climber mech but did we need really another Kai mech

I unfortunately do not like the way lego is distributing this years sets, why I like the usual 2 wave per year it gives me enough time to be able to afford a lot more sets.

This wave has a cool presentation but once you start to look into it and see the prices it's just Meh. We had it so good with pricing last wave Lego what happened 😭😭

Guys I have a question we’re I’m from to get all the main ninja it costs 80$ from the Jan wave. Should I get all the ninja from last wave or should I get shadow dojo

Well it just depends which you like better, all the mech suits or all the climber suits. Personally I bought all of the mech suits for 80$ and got the dragon stone shrine set for the build, master wu and euphrasia

Climber Mech looks GREAT, solid build and with the darker colour scheme it works with Lloyds Ninja Team mech from the original DR wave. The Shadow dojo looks siiiiiiiiick and I'm going to get tons of those jay mech battle packs to get more wolf clan warriors. Dragon stone shrine looks like an 18+ set just without the branding just not keen on the price. Arins buggy and Riyu look like a bad joke

i think this set of wave absolutely terrible. all the sets were either overpriced or incredibly big.

Also, I disagree with you about mini figures being the same in other sets. they should be different, but you don’t have to go to the extreme in this video to defend your point. no one is saying that they have to have $200 exclusives in each set, just simply different little mini figures either background characters or side characters. No need to be an extremist dude
