Absolutely. Not paying 1200 cause you got lucky. Dudes intentions was to resell these from the jump. Shoulda just dropped em like a GR and let people leak into the shops. Announcements and Instagram post and raffles are killing the game.. Give a general release date, and just drop the kicks. Everything aint a QS

The colourway with the paisley is awesome. Wouldn't pay it but if they did a good sb colourway similar I'd be all over it. Highlight is the rope for me for my own custom.

The material underneath is not an elephant print or lightning print. Its Travis’ print with branches that spell out Cactus Jack. Just like the print on his skateboard decks that was just released on his website.

I got my pair in my size at retail because I was very very lucky with a raffle at a local skate shop. This was my first W ever so it means ALOT to me. That being said the only shoe I would even consider paying over 1k for would be the Jordan 1 union storm blues. May never happen now that they are almost 2k 😖

So. Granted, I payed retail, but making the decision to distress rip some holes in the paisley to show hits of the ele print or whatever is not an easy feat mentally. While I still rly dig them... it's hard to see the DS pics now.... from the clean look to the mean look. I felt like rippin into them and exposing the coolest feature despite the hype and resell, is dope. I had a minute of serious self resentment, turned ego. Lol
