Ish Mohith once made video on Tata Elxsi valuations and said that the valuations are too high. I think the stock didn't move after his video on Tata Elxsi Valuations. This man is a pure gem.

A thesis about railway stocks: IRCTC is one stock that's gonna have steady flow of cash as it's ticketing and catering business is not going anywhere but IRCON, RVNL, IRFC will have no growth post the infra is built. These 3 will have growth in terms of only repair, replacements and services which won't be justified by the PE these are commanding right now so majorly all the earnings that will come tomorrow is already realized.

If one has to invest in Railway sector it's better to focus on wagon companies instead of PSU stocks as their valuations are stretched, I am invested in Jupiter and titagarh and recently I exited from RVNL where my investment got tripled in less than a year and deployed that capital by increasing allocation in Jupiter and titagarh as somehow I feel rail PSU's may not be able to generate 50% type of growth in revenues going forward.

Beware of FOMO... I feel this is the underlying message of this video. The share prices skyrocketed without earning, so we must be careful. Only PE re-rating led price movement is not sustainable. Thanks Ish Mohith for this video. Operators and new people are buying left right and center and that is resulting to abnormal valuations in most of the PSU stocks especially Rail. People are not really looking at execution capabilities and the time to execute the orders etc. I don't want to enter ,in fact I am taking out profit and moving to the stocks which didn't participate or corrected stocks. Everyone is aware that strict stop loss is just in this highly volatile market

So did I thought about page industries, the valuations were as if govt would order citizens to wear two 🩳 daily. But valuations kept moving up for close to two decades. I'm on that campaign Bajaj finance marketing are unethical and unsustainable but I was proven wrong. Market can remain unreasonable for very long time, thing is you have to understand fundamentals and how markets behave and keep upside open with right risk management to play the momentum

6 months back Mr Anil Singhvi had done similar analysis of such PSUs. It was followed by steep correction but later stock prices moved up again.

Absolutely. All these so called experts have no idea how huge this Govt's plans for railway and infra are. Of course there will be steep falls from time to time, but that does not impact the long term trajectory. Even if Ircon comes down to 180 it still remains a good buy. It will rise again to 300 levels. It is undervalued currently. Some people cant digest the fact that people earned loads of money in PSU stocks while all this while these stocks were ridiculed as "Kachra" by most "so called" market experts. Kachara like PFC has given excellent returns. Even now they think PSU stocks are "kachra" at higher prices. All these PSUs will post high earnings growth and ROEs going forth. SBI should be 2000, it is at 700. India's largest behemoth, and MNC present in 30+ countries. LIC should be around 5000, it is available at just 1000 now. India's largest insurer and investor! Look at the value. Now money will flow into these undervalued PSUs and once they have reached their fair values only then it will start flowing back into Small Caps, small caps may go into consolidation now. Also, hyper expensive companies like Trent will go into long term consolidation after one or two quarters. Zero returns for 3-4 years. Trent is a definite sell at this time.

Irctc PE in Oct 21 was 250, price was 1093 and eps was 3.37. Today the PE is 72, the price is around 1000 again and the eps is 13.51. I Don’t intend to sell this as my buy price in Apr 2020 was Rs. 248. 289% profit. Ishmohit bhai, am I right in holding on?
