American professional eater Randy Santel and Czech competitive eater ‪@SteelRodRadim‬ each versus Eggrolls Inc's "H'mongous" Dozen Eggrolls Challenge hosted by Eggrolls Inc in Appleton, Wisconsin which was featured on the reboot series of Man v. Food a few years ago. Unfortunately, host Casey Webb was only able to finish 7.5 Hmong eggrolls within the 24 minute time limit. My Czech competitive eater friend "Steel Rod" Radim Dvořáček met me in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and we started a long food challenge tour, attempting restaurant food eating challenges in parts of Wisconsin plus all around Michigan. For challenge #3 in Wisconsin, I took him to Eggrolls Inc in Appleton, Wisconsin so we could each attempt their "H'mongous" Dozen Eggrolls Challenge, which I originally beat in December 2016 with my good friend "Eager" Ethan Teske. Challengers must eat 1 dozen (12 total) delicious baked Hmong egg rolls that are each stuffed with about 7 to 8 ounces of filling. There is a variety of options to choose from regarding meats. Chicken, Shrimp, Pork, and beef eggrolls are all available. There is a 24 minute time limit to finish everything. You are allowed to drink up to 3 bottles of water during the challenge, and you are only allowed to use their "Romeo & Juliet" spicy sauce. Winners receive the meal free, a sweet t-shirt, their own spot on the Wall of Fame, and a $150 gift card to be used later. Since I had so much time left when I finished 12 back in 2016, and since I still had a gift card left over from when ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ defeated the challenge a few years ago, Radim and I decided to eat as many jumbo burrito-sized Hmong baked egg rolls as possible within the 24 minute time limit. All 16 specialty egg roll flavor options are listed below. BIG thanks to the owner Blong and everyone with Eggrolls Inc in Appleton, Wisconsin for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! All 16 Different Egg Roll Flavors: Pork, Spicy Pork, Ginger Pork, Mexican, Chicken, Spicy Chicken, Spicy Curry Chicken, Sophia (Italian), Spicy Caribbean Jerk Chicken, Spicy Thai Beef, Garlic Beef, Shrimp, Spicy Cajun Shrimp, German, Cheeseburger, and Hawaiian. There are vegetarian egg roll options too, but those were not included as part of our challenges!!
