There is that luck of the draw the right place right time That many of us has experienced. But you still have to have that range of knowledge too when out sourcing.

I give price stickers a few seconds heat with a hair dryer (great tool to keep handy) and they always peel off easily without tearing a layer off the likes of original packaging etc. well worth doing instead of just hoping it'll be ok..I never risk it now as just it's not fixable once torn. Hasn't anyone invented not too sticky price (and auction lot) stickers yet!? Great videos thanks

I'm very lucky because my local large charity shop stocks up every day and even turns people away some days because it can't cope with any more stock.

Here's a geeky fun fact; that blue Hot Wheels Monster Jam with the flames is called Rodger Dodger. It's an homage to a rare version of the car released in the late 1970s. Normally it was available in purple but a select few were released in blue. A mint one of those will set you back deep into 4 figures so it's cool they've honoured it as a monster truck. I had a pair of those Superreps and they took AGES to sell, even though they were in great condition. A shame as they're a quirky design. Those Polly Pockets are fab though and great to see them retaining their original and correct figures.

I tried different days & times with similar thinking to you. I found 4pm on a Friday was best for me as they seem to put the best stuff out ready for the weekend. That PS1 collection is growing 👍
