As a man who earns well over $100,000, has a house and three cars, the ironic thing is I would drop a lot of money on a traditional girl like @JoMoon before I'd ever consider spending a dime on any of these women in the video.

men who make over 1 million are approximately .1% of the world's population.. 500k comes in at 1%. it's up to 17% making over 100k. so, most of the women you had snippets of are really nuts. the worst part of this is that so many women actually think they deserve this kind of life. you are correct, going after the rich guy means you have a lot of competition, but none of these women showed any real talent that would make them worth it.

Thanks for the video Jo. Interesting they don’t talk about what they bring to relationships. If a man dating one of these types of woman, and falls on hard times, they will definitely leave him. Or be looking for a man with a bigger pocket. They will be alone and delusional and when hit “The Wall”, desperation will really set in.

The clips you're showing are chosen to be extreme, to generate lots of views. I agree with you that these clips on social media probably do encourage young people to have more unrealistic expectations, but I do think that the majority of young women and men are not nearly as extreme. Good video, Jo. Raises a lot of interesting questions.

Not all of this is womens fault. It’s also mens fault for spoiling, giving free attention, giving away hard earned money, and inflating the dating market

It's not how much money you make, it's how well you manage it. You can make six figures and still be broke if you make bad decisions. And yes, as radicicolous as it sounds this is what the dating world here in the US has come to, 90% of the women chasing just 10% of the men. The rest of us are invisible. Is it any wonder why more of us are travelling overseas to find love.

Wow Miss Moon. That’s why I stopped dating western women. It seems that Asian women are much more appreciative of a man that works hard and trying to better himself. I would never ask a woman I asked out to pay half. If I couldn’t afford to ask her out I would not ask her. Expensive dates are nice sometimes for special occasions but I like more informal dates to a diner or coffee shop because you can be yourself and get to know your date better than in a formal setting where you have to think about what others are thinking. I have never taken an Asian woman out that didn’t appreciate the date. Even if it doesn’t work out they are not rude about it. No wonder men are looking east instead of west.

I make a little under 100,000 a year USD.... And one of the places I go to on a regular basis I got about 4 or 5 of those girls that are trying to hook up with me .... And they're aware how much I make .. and there's a small language barrier they know enough English to get by as I know enough Chinese to get by. It's a shame none of them know Japanese because I'm fluent in that language.. But I'm pretty sure being with me is probably better than living in the staff house that they're all crammed in...... And yes FYi a lot of these people that works for cific Lee like in like the Chinese restaurants do live-in staff houses together..

I would heavily caution comparing American income to Australian income. Australian median income is much higher than in the US. Same with Canada but not as dramatic

These videos of these high expectation women is definitely an eye opener Jo. Good counterpoints! Yes, most of these women in the West are delusional. There is nothing wrong for men and women to have goals for the best possible life however that has to be balanced with reality and practical considerations. Some metrics of social datings sites even count about 80 to 90 percent of women on those sites competing for the top 4 percent of men. Morgan Stanley financial has even projected on their webpage "The Sheconomy" that by the year 2030 approximately 45% of women in the USA between the ages of 25 to 44 will remain single and childless! Many of these women might be holding out for that top 4% of men which won't work out well for them for marriage, especially since there are more women than men in the USA from the last census.

$100k a year in a major city with a degree isn't that far off the mark. Of course, what people say they want and what they settle for are often different. But the Internet still struggles with the idea that words are just words and not immediate reality.

Look at a financing statement. And how cash flow works, you have assets that generate income, if a man net worth is reflected by the assets he owns and the income generated, I would rather be with a woman that understands this concept than a woman who doesn't.

According to my Chinese friends, Chinese women aren’t much better than these American women. There’s no cultural difference here, just 21st century capitalism and broken dating market.

It seems that the educational system in the U.S. has indeed failed from the days that I went through it half a century ago and before I left "the greatest country on the planet" to discover that the real world subsists on levels of income a tiny fraction of what these deluded females consider acceptable. Eighteen years in Asia, including ten in China and eight now in Southeast Asia in what have been developed parts of these countries still would make these girls/women faint from the thought of the depravity that most people exist on outside my previous homes in the U.S. and Canada. As for the vast majority of the population that lives here in Asia - well, US $10.00 a day is a bit more like it. I do remember understanding this, at least once I got to high school and then university. Perhaps that information is still available and being taught, but some of the content that abounds on social media and elsewhere blankets it now. Reading used to take the place of blindly staring at a small screen, and actual conversation with an intent to learn is something that I distinctly remember doing. Fortunately, I do still find that interest among many of my senior citizen colleagues to this day - and many of the young Asians I have had the fortune to come in contact with in my years here. And in fairness, we had our share of "insane expectations" and greed in our day as well - just it seems not to this extent. Thank you for this video and content.
