Great video, keep up the good work. Only thing I need to say that no one talks about is, the cat NEEDS to pick you, not the other way arround, if you want to have a best best friend. My buddy is a deadly 25lbs of muscle and can never get enough pets and love from "his pack" . No one gave him a chance because of his size leaving him in the shelter for 2 years. Long story short, Enter without any idea of what they will look like, and you will know when one wishes to be you're companion. It is magical to meet what seems like a long lost friend. My girlfriend and I were in Switzerland, thousands of miles from home and on a different continent. We sat down on a park bench when, suddenly, there appeared a cat running straight toward me, meowing like mad. The cat leapt onto my lap and began snuggling me while purring to beat the band. My GF turned to me and said, "What is it with you and cats? Is there a kitty mailing list and they send out alerts? 'Hey, keep an eye out for this guy. He's cool.' " I've been that way my entire life. Cats just like me.

I've had my little tortoiseshell cat since she was 9 weeks old, when I rescued her from a tree, and even though I'm not a cat magnet, she can't get enough of me, especially when I'm resting in bed with my ankles injured; She hasn't been able to get enough of me. I think it's her way of trying to make me feel better. She's always stuck close to my side ever since she was little; She's extremely skittish, and she runs away from anybody who isn't me, but lately it seems like her affection is in overdrive because she can sense I'm injured and in distress. She wants to try and cheer me up. She's turning 10 years old in a few weeks.

Five of the 6 cats I have/ had came to me immediately. Only cat number 6 was a different story. He hated my cats and hated me too. Probably because he lived nearby with another family, and he knew that this house was not his territory. But he liked the garden, the house and the dry food and sometimes the cat milk. Only outside I could pet him for about a few seconds. And I did not give him wet food... because he was not my cat. But I did not scare him away. Than I went on holiday for 12 days (my cats were cared for by family). The day I returned, I took my cats for a walk around the block, when Sparta (the cat that hated me and my cats) came running to us... and was so glad he saw me. It was like one of these romantic movies, where two lovers see each other for the first time again. Sure he still did not liked my other cats, but he is still here, for about 5 years now. I am really very sorry for the previous "owners" But cats decide with whom they want to live.

Now you know how the Biblical Daniel survived the lion's den I was at my brother’s farm for my nieces wedding in a crowd of people chatting in a refreshments area in his garage. Suddenly the primary barn cat strolled into the garage. The tom looked around for a bit and walked directly to me for scratching and eventually perched on my shoulder. I was told he avoided most humans.
