Omg he said something there that really seemed to resonate with me. I truly feel like I have been asleep most of my adult life and that im simply just going through the motions, trying to do and say the right things yet not fully experiencing life. Im not implying im fully awake but I do feel as though the more time I spend listening to these teachings or pointings or whatever that im somehow moving closer to the truth. I think this must be the case for most of us who enjoy these talks. Most people can recognise when people are bullshitting and therefore most can recognise the truth when they here it. this guy is so genuine and truthful, its like he is reading my mind at times. Its really profound. Does anyone else feel like this?

I love this guy. He has such a gift of vocabulary. I honestly have never herd anyone simplify spirituality in such a way that stupid people like me can really make since of it all. I also enjoy Mooji and Alan Watts. My heroes. I wish every being on the planet were to access these unique people. I don't always understand some of the paradoxes that appear to arise in spirituality but something inside me knows its the truth and thats enough to keep me interested and focused. The world is a better place because of these guys FACT... Thank you thank you thank you.....such words of wisdom

It would be really helpful if you start the video with a picture of actual specific verses you are covering please? This way we will be able to follow along. Ps I love the idea of having a mantra and your explanation of “this is you” ( tuhi tuhi) was very good

is there anything we really control in life? Yes everything that is conscious eg seeing, listening, speech and locomotion - the thoughts and emotions and the ensuing actions - i.e. being mindful and aware can an attitude of "surrender' and accepting uncertainty' lead to contentment: Yes - with the knowledge there is only one thing permanent that everything is temporary Think of an example in your life when greater acceptance was needed or helpful? Caring full time for a parent with dementia - knowledge of karma ensuing from law of action law of reaction - everything comes round
