Pace constantly interrupts and I don’t like how he points out cultural differences like he just asked this guest does his wife call him Zaddy and then when he found out that the man and his wife call each other honey he was like is that a Romanian thing? So uncalled for and unnecessary! He did that on another video where he pointed out that his guests were Hispanic and asked them why they didn’t know a certain term, when the man cheats on his wife, it was so ridiculous. I’m like sir please let the guests talk so we can hear their story!

Can’t you be a Transactional lender without being a gator ? Doesn’t being a Gator require starting Business Credit ?

@@gemi9i1. I suppose you could, but by definition, it's being willing to do the deals most others won't touch because they think they're not worth their time. Not worth making 10....or 15% on a few thousand dollar deal. So you come in and say, ok I'll fund that...But when you make $25,000 on that, I want a chunk of it...say $5k. Ok. Boom. 2. Business credit? Of course you could go that route and in the long term, you probably should just to save the risk to your personal finances - Pace has a whole video dedicated to setting up your LLC thru PCS. Protect yourself from lawsuits, etc thru an LLC! Cuz you know in today's society everybody wants to sue somebody!

You get a contract with the seller (seller is a) to (you are b)(first closing) then you already have a buyer lined up for the deal for let’s say 15 grand more than in the a to b contract. You get another contract with your buyer and do a b to c contract with you as b and buyer as c close them both and make 15k minus closing costs so find a good deal and a buyer for it and close at the same time Double Close

Once you are in you can see ALL of the classes on video as many times as you want. You just don't have the ability to interact with the class directly

You have to constantly post in the right groups (or hire a VA to do so) - there is a lot of competition in Pace's group, a LOT of people saying they are gator lenders. Then, you have to learn how to vet the people who ask you for money. It's not super easy - there is work involved, just as with everything worthwhile. If someone doesn't have the money for EMD, then they often are brand-new investors and you may end up babysitting the deal to get it to close.

@@michellemellis thank you for your response. Yeah I do wonder how much of my time needs to be devoted to Gator if I want to be making 6 figured plus(annually). That’s the one thing that is not clear to me about Pace’s programs. How much time and energy needs to be devoted to it. And how likely are the odds of success or failure. I sometimes wonder if on the Facebook group people are maybe overly optimistic or have drunken some Koolaid. But I do hope it is as good as they make it sound. I wanna be making 100 grand a month.
