this is a fascinating topic, but I think it'll take decades for firms to begin implementing and adapting to it if they agree to the metaverse. And not all firms are likely agreeable to using it because I believe people still enjoy face-to-face interaction way more than digital. I mean we've had enough online classes due to COVID-19, it'd be easy if we are trapped inside our houses but long-term exposure to digital usage can actually cause people to experience irritation and anxiety, and people would prefer talking to an actual human or go walk outside and interact and also sense the "true" world. However, the point is still quite novel, I think tech companies would prefer using it someday.

WE. The one who organizes these meetings, trainings , interviews, etc. are still the one who can give orders to the participants to what they should use. There are options given by meta. You can use either an avatar or an exact 3d version of yourself. And metaverse is for connectiong people but it doesn't mean you will use it in everyway specially if not necessary. So it is still how you know to manage it. You will take control in the metaverse not the metaverse will control you. Just saying 🤷🏻
