Fantastic video! Many years ago I was overweight and out of shape. I joined the Navy and lost over 50 pounds. I've kept it off and gotten stronger and leaner. It hasn't been easy but it's a way of life and I absolutely love it!

I couldn't clip out of my bike fast enough and I tiped over, gashed my knee, got back up and continued on. Wounds heal but dont give up on yourself you are worth it.

Doing my second 5th year in car mechanics since last year I failed because of stupidness. I had been given the choice to pick a lower class or redo the entire year. Was a tough pill for me to swallow, since I despise school a lot. But I refused to give up and chose to redo it all the way. It was pretty tough and mentally difficult to accept that 1 precious year I've lost of my life into school once more. But I did my best, sometimes slacked, got looked at by teachers and people I've known. Judged like I'm some damn failure. It's especially hard when your dad is kinda a well working and intellingent succesfull person and people expect the same of you. Even when your dad says he's dissapointed in you from last year. Supports me now though but still, the memory sticks around in my mind. Now I've had good results only slacking in my regular classes like French or Math. But now I'm currently doing my last exams of this year again and I must say I'm afraid. Afraid to fail again and redo it all over again, to dissapoint again. I just.. My mind is filled up with anger and frustration. I just don't know what to do. Like today I studied real hard I had everthing under control. I studied what our teacher told us to. But all that hard work into learning.. For nothing, seeing my exam before me there was almost nothing in it that I've learned that our teacher had us learned.. I did the best I could but.. the doubts.. The doubts of how the other exams are gonna be. I'm like wtf can I do? I can study but am I doing it right? I know 1 thing and that Is that I will never.. Over my dead body redo my year AGAIN!

I'm not only trying to succeed in life I am because I'm not finished with what it is God has me going after to just start then stop and quit no I'm going all in and go further into my dreams,goals and purpose opportunities and after succeeding with plan A and continuing with A, Plan B,C,D and the entire alphabet are going to be filled with accomplishments and I'm not finished with my book being written and all of my chapters are not done yet and including the next book of my life achievements,accomplishments and more are not done being written as well🙏🏽🙏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💯💯
