Hi, thanks for the information. I feel My cycle is not stable, I'm not sure though, so sometimes it's 28 day other times 27,26,25, and I've seen 24 day once. I may have a 26 day cycle for like 2 or 3 months then it will change either increase or reduce. Is this irregular? Is there something I can do about it. .

Hi. This is considered as a varying cycle. It is also a type of irregular cycle and also normal. Changes happen for different reasons. Stress, weight gain or loss, hormones. Watch my video on how to calculate ovulation.

Well said but ovulation would not always occur half way through your period. It differs for different women. That’s why those TTC should try to track their ovulation using the ovulation kits .
