"I am not the mind, I am not even the body." (Sadhguru meditation). This state takes practice to do and accept

I enjoyed this as always Sunya ❤ thank you. not a great deal of though arose here. However, lots of things were noticed. a trembling in the arms and hands which may indicate some tension or anxiety about the surrender. A pleasant pulsing in the middle of the chest upon exhale (possibly heart chakra) aches and pains In the body seem to become more apparent. Which I'd assume are always there but muted under the distraction of life. Sometimes I find that meditation brings more awareness and the mind grabs it and becomes fearful. Have you heard any of this before in your experience? What would your teacher have said in response to what is being described?

Yes the mind has fear. You are the awareness that observed it. It fears its own ending. But the mind doesnt stop. Just realize you are not it and you rise above it

Thank you, that was very pleasant. It reminded me of something that happened last year. I was working with a naturopathic doctor for a health issue and in her lengthy questionnaire I mentioned that I meditated twice daily. A few months later, she made an off-hand remark that once I resolved my health issue, maybe I wouldn't have to meditate twice a day. It rubbed me the wrong way at the time, but like most things that bother us, it held a truth. Funny how unlikely teachers can pop up in unexpected contexts. I understand your message here: You don't need to "do" meditation when living itself is an ongoing meditation (state of awareness). 😊

I really liked your video about the bee the other day; I got a great deal from it. But please could I ask why you give that advice about driving in this one if there is no such thing as death? Genuine question. I know you won't answer it with anything other than vagueness, if you even answer at all. But I'd very much appreciate it if you did. Thanks Sunya! 🙏

The human being is still to be looked after even though it has no separate reality. Mistreating it or causing it intentional harm would be just like stabbing yourself. Reality protects reality 🙏❤️

@@sunyateaching Thank you for responding! It's a strange one that, because accidentally running myself over, as the single consciousness, would be ok; the person I've invented isn't real and it would only be only like banging one's own head on a shelf and I would quickly get over it. I don't mind accidentally running over myself; as the only consciousness, I'd see that it wasn't intentional and there wouldn't be anything lost tbh. 🙏

@@OnceTheyNamedMeiWasnt There is still a duty to protect the body-mind. Even "yours". It's not that the body-mind does not exist. It's just that it has no separate existence. And yes - of course everything is always perfect and okay. But allowing this body-mind to come to harm would be like the ocean killing its fish (even though the fish ARE the ocean, no separation). do you see? By the way - you have much to share it would be great to see you inside our free community: www.sunyanow.com

@@sunyateaching Seriously, I don't mind if it's just a bump, it adds a bit of fun to eternity. And, tbh, as the single consciousness, I created the concept of "accidents"; why on earth would I have ever done that if it was such an "evil" thing that should never have been invented? ❤️ 🙏

To surrender or to be greatfull for everything, or to get rid of desires, which cause suffering...... untill it happens naturally after "awakening", its the ego playing its games to make it stronger
