I love these in depth movement breakdowns! As a new clinician, being able to conceptualize these things within the context of specific movement practice transfers incredibly well to patient care. What are some of the most common “complaints” with these specific overhead faults?

Thank you! Now I understand why I have spasms in my thoracic spine area. It's at times debilitating for me. I have cervical spine compression and have been over compensating while lifting and doing squats. Hadn't been aware until now. It's a good start point!
