Patagonia shouldn't be done in a hurry. Therefore we believe it's better to stay in just one country and make the most of it. But which one to choose, Chile or Argentina? Even though you can't go wrong in Patagonia, we believe that one country sticks out from the other one. For 4 simple reasons. Find out which country we would pick!

There is no comparison at least for me... The fjiords, the weather, the ferrys, Chilean Patagonia is just breathtaking ❤ for sure more expensive and adventurous, but totally worth it.

toda la patagonia tiene 1 060 631 km² (804 538 de Argentina y 256 093 de Chile). El 80% pertenece a la Argentina, el tener mucho mas extensión es lógico que sea mucho mejor la patagonia Argentina, mas lugares para visitar, mas paisajes increíbles, mas gastronomía, mas oferta hotelera, mas ciudades turísticas etc. etc. All of Patagonia has 1,060,631 km² (804,538 in Argentina and 256,093 in Chile). 80% belongs to Argentina, having much more extension it is logical that Patagonia Argentina is much better, more places to visit, more incredible landscapes, more gastronomy, more hotel offerings, more tourist cities, etc. etc

Most of Argentina Patagonia is a desert. Chile’s Patagonia is way better. Plus Chileans respect nature more

Lo mejor de la patagonia está en Chile, y de Argentina lo que está pegado a Chile, el resto es una pampa horrible.

@@cesarr00 lo mejor es Argentina, mas territorio,mas paisajes,mas naturaleza,mejor conectividad,mas ofertas y desarrollo. De hecho, el sur chileno depende del comercio argentino

Más territorio no indica nada, lo que busca el turista está en Chile, o en las localidades argentinas pegadas a Chile, eso es un hecho, la conectividad que puede faltar la tenemos por argentina. Nadie piensa en Comodoro Rivadavia o el interior cuando se habla de la belleza de la patagonia.

No faltó el típico comentario supremacista y ultra nacionalista La Patagonia es una zona austral que engloba territorio chileno y argentino, por eso se puede referir a ella como Patagonia chilena o argentina.
