You need to be aware of copyright of this song by Republic Records. I think you need permission from them to record this song.

No, not to do a cover. This is Ari’s own creative property. She appropriately credits Angelina for the song, but the performance is hers. If you were to take excerpts of Ari’s performance… her actual video, and included that in your own video, THAT would be a copyright infringement.

She does not. Anyone can record themselves and publish any song from any artist without permission. They are supposed to pay a usage fee to the copyright holder. Copy rights issues come from using another artist's recording and using it directly for personal gain.
