A&R (Artists and repertoire) Rob Christie Republic Records Studio Director at Universal Music Group Manhattan Beach, California is Angelina's A&R person, and he has been working with AJ since she signed with the largest record company in the world at the age of 14, three years ago. Rob was the MC of AJ Christmas Show that aired Dec 23, of 21. AJ’s Christmas Show that live-streamed on Dec 23 of 21 had some of the most important musicians of our time: Frank Sinatra's drummer for 6 years, and sun in-law of the late Henry Mancini, Greg Field has won 9 Grammys, and the bass player, Chuck Berghofer who also played for Sinatra for 6 years, and toured with Barbara Streisand, accompanied AJ on her Christmas Show, and they stated that she had the "storytelling ability of the greats, Streisand, Fitzgerald, Vaughan, including Sinatra, to name a few. The main pianist, a five-time nominated for Grammys, Shelly Berg, stated in all his years working with the greatest vocalist, he had never encountered a talent like AJ. Did I forget to mention Jimmy Z, the famous Sax Player who worked with Rod Steward, Etta James, the Eurythmics, and Doctor Dre, was part of the band for the show? I think she was 12 here. This is one of my top 20 songs before she became a teenagerI think it was number 6 after her IM HOLDING OUT FOR YOU age 10. The only reason that was not higher is I prefer to watch her perform the song. That was leaked some time later and a fan made the video outbof clips.

Very nice reaction/analysis of this 12 yo performance at the album release concert the day after her 1st full album, "It's Magic," was released. So, if you want to hear this song professionally mixed, or any of the other songs on the album (2 are her originals, What is Life & Oslo), then they are available on YT or most streaming platforms. Since you have only seen her a year older for Bohemian Rhapsody, I suggest you see the Angelina of today (18). Last summer, she released an EP called "Old Enough," with 6 original songs & a mix of styles. The first 2 tracks have videos while the last 4 are audio only. Not a super slick, overproduced, bells and whistles produktion with the artist shoving off all his/her technical skills. This is respectfull to the original artwork while bringing a very personal touch to the perfofmance. So much more impressive.
