Sorry not sorry, that's Kelly's song forever. Don't get me wrong Ariana is so talented. She owns while singing her own songs as well. This one goes to Kelly though. Ariana's voice is too light an airy for this song. You need a voice with some girth to it to sing it right. Kelly has that.

Ariana has a "pretty" voice, but it lacks roundness, therefore less powerful. It gives the impression of being a young person's voice, not someone with her experience, or for her age. At thirty, it may have hit its peak already.

@sharonf106 I mean the perfect example of this is J-Hud singing And I'm Telling You(I'm Not Going) from DreamGirls. I've heard other women try to sing it but J-Hud but her heart and soul on that song. It's hers forever as far as I'm concerned. Amber Riley comes kinda close but doesn't touch J-Hud.
