8 ай бұрынFrom the package arrival to 130 miles traveled on different types of terrain, this is my personal experience with the new Ariel Rider X-Class Step-Thru, Rear Hub, 1000 watt, 52 volt electric fat tire bike.
*One thing I forgot to include in this review: The braking system on this bike is very responsive, and the brakes work very well.

Nice bike, Brett! You did a good review on it. I guess I'll be sticking with my Kodiak for now. It's still pretty new. I do see there can be advantages with one of those electric bikes, though. P.S. you might want to get your "THANKS" tab on your page eventually.

Thank you sir! I'll hang on to my ATV as well. The bike is nice for a few different uses but not all of them. I don't know what you mean by a "thanks" tab... on KZfaq? Please advise...

Just dont full throttle on the hills, it wastes energy. find the sweetspot for whatever hill your on to get you to the top. And help as much as you can on hills, sweat yall.

I usually ride just as you described, but wanted to see how far it is capable of going all on it's own.

No breakdowns yet, and there no repairs needed, and it's about one year later as I write this.

Should we replace the rear shock any brand recommendations?

I plan to upgrade the shock in mine, but I'm not too excited to spend $100+ for it. I don't have a particular one to recommend, but there's a number of videos out there of other dudes who have already replaced their shocks. Thanks for watching & commenting!

That really is a very loud bike... might be a deal breaker for me... Sounds like it could be very annoying.

The knobby tires contribute to the noise on pavement but yeah, I was expecting the motor to be much more quiet. I may have passed on buying it for this reason also.

I agree but I usually never need to go that far without being able to charge it up, and you certainly would go further by peddling some or not going full throttle the whole time.
