Thank you. The mixer is an Allen & Heath ZED 436. The recording was done via the headphone output of the Elektron Analog Four connected to a Zoom H2 recorder.

Awesome, thank you. The sound quality is very warm and Analog' ish. Surprised to know that its directly recorded to zoom and yet it is very warm as if it is recording through an Analog chain. Love the music too. Thank you.

Thanks again! The Elektron Analog Four and Doepfer Dark Energy are both analog synthesizers, and all signals go through the Analog Four's analog VCAs. So in fact it is an analog chain. ;)

I did use the latest OS. I haven't tried with my Moogs yet but I used to have issues with the Slim Phatty's pitch CV. Doesn't the pitch CV work at all or is it just off?

The trig cv worked but not the pitch cv. Both these can be configured and assigned to the cv track in the A4, but the sub phatty only responds to the trig cv. Both cv worked before i updated the OS

onnolab Ok, I hooked up my Little Phatty today and the pitch does respond but I can't seem to tune it properly. I feel it has to do something with the cables or it might be Moog specific.

Hi Niall, to set up the Analog Four's CV to work with the Doepfer Dark Energy you need to set CV A to "PITCH V/oct" and CV C to "GATE". Note 1 of "PITCH V/oct" is set to C3 at 0.000V, Note 2 is set to C4 at 1.000V. The polarity of the gate should be V-trig and level set to 5.0V. Now connect CV A to "VCO F" and CV C to "Gate" on the Dark Energy and you can sequence the Dark Energy with the Analog Four's sequencer.

I have used slight delay on all tracks, yes. Not so much to double the voices, but more to give them a playful character within the sequence.

No, just the first sound. The other three are from the Analog Four.
