can you try with chaos destruction? also the fall physics is a little bit slow?

You have some jitter in the tree when it is falling. If you duplicate the material instance for the tree and add that MI to your destructible tree. Then turn off all the wind effects in the Material instance, it will no longer jitter when falling.

May I ask, the lag that seems to appear while you are presenting your work is because of the engine or it goes with the game as well?

One thing that really bugs me, and I can see the bug in your game as well, the first hit on a tree ALWAYS applies the damage twice. So in your example, it starts at 0.0 and after the first hit it is at 0.2 even though it should be at 0.1 My example it starts at 10 and after first hit the tree health is a 6, not 8. I do not get it.
