Under Tides mechanism are used in this anni, explanation are as below:
1. Sanity Damage: Some enemies do sanity damage to your operators, when your operators' sanity gauge is emptied, they are stunned and take 1000 damage. Sanity will restore back to full after a short wait.
2. Emergency Aid Building: The structure on the map can heal your sanity gauge when activated, it is activated by having an operator or a repair drone standing on a tile around it .
3. Automatic Maintenance Drone: When it activated an Emergency Aid Building, the sanity healing from the building is doubled. (Does not cost Defense Seal when entering blue box)

Should be able to. There are 4 star clears that use people like Vermeil and Click. You do need someone to block the exit though. Maybe replace Manticore since the angry flowers lose health anyway and Eyja+W should be able to easily handle them.
