When doing perm high risk cc, adding stuff like +50% enemy def and -50% Allies atk, means outside of Schwarz, no sniper would usually be useable. Ash with the stun attack increase, might very well allow for her to have representation in future CC, with her S3 having lot of potential too.

I kind of figured this'll happen. Ash's S2 being, in general, pretty good, while Exia can still outperform everyone thanks to her skills scaling quadraticly the more damage she can deal. Also, Ash S2 doesn't scale well with ASPD, as it's limited by attacks, while Exia's S3 is limited by time. Still, Ash will definitely be the go to Sniper for when you don't have a plan and you don't know who to pick, like BluePoison. Meanwhile, Exia will be pick for when you have a plan, either because she's important, or when you just need a lot of Snipers for whatever reason. That's what I see, at least.

Her S2 almost depends on stun if enemy have high def, and S3 + Angelina can be very useful against heavy enemies that die very slowly cuz high hp high def, when Exusiai have only "i do fast damage bois" then Ash like a new role of sniper

Another difference is that Ash’s burst only has 31 bullets, which makes her potential uptime much shorter as her skill charges for 25 seconds and bursts for 6.2 seconds. Fun fact: a pot 6 S3M3 Exu unloads a total of 125 bullets in 15 seconds, with each individual bullet dealing 20% more damage than Ash against non-stunned enemies. So in short, Exu actually has more firepower and rate of fire, but ash gets all headshots on stunned enemies.

Okay, I believe Ash isn't really obviously broken here. She is just stronger against enemies that can be stunned, since her S2 has insane ATK multiplier when attacking stunned targets. Since FrostNova is immune to stun, Exusiai still does more damage against her
