Having Bad Luck on your gacha rolls? Look no further away! We have an Operator that is playable and has an RNG Gacha built in mechanics that one shot or deal tremendous damaged on the enemy! The Catch? It has a 5% Percent of activing and will increase more but 0.0000000000000000001 percent per enemy kill. Good Luck Doctors!

I think Conviction is pretty nice! Also, side note: When testing if you gonna suck in a banner, bring conviction (skills doesn't matter) and use them for a couple of missions. If she her RNG is good, then go for the banner!

All of them 1. If single target healing needed (And since its only apply to beliw 50% this skill can be saved so its really good) 2. For a wide range AOE 3. For debuff and slow enemy with small healing /second
