Ines has a lot of utility. She has some synergy with Siege (Y Module level2/3) which makes her S2 cycle much faster depending on the lane. Stealing aspd (still S2) can help with some bosses if medics need indirect help. Invis reveal anywhere in map can enable Trapmasters to deal with some types of enemies from really afar and safe. The 30% movement speed reduction on range also helps Robin stall less heavy enemies with more ease. Also stacks with Ambushers without taking a tile I think. There's no other upcoming operator with this much utility even though she's not an executor. Muelsyse might be limited, but limited doesn't mean unskippable or better. The troubling part is that her potentials impact her gameplay a lot so it would be interesting to get them too, but this might not be stonks for the moment.

Very interesting points on Ines but seeing we are having a limited banner right after this, I think you should've discussed how she compares to Muelsyse as well since they are both vanguards
