I think what I like most is that its such a different demo from other characters. Most Demos show the characters being cool, or even cute. This one shows the Knave as someone DANGEROUS

the fact that when the lullaby part starts the very first child that runs past arle is clervie is so heart breaking, and at the start the glass shattering thing is clervies pendant that she had around her neck....

Indeed, just as a quick thought I'd say, perhaps Liyue operations are mostly managed by Regrator? Because economy and stuff Then again idk about Mondstadt

Another reactor pointed out how Morax offed himself for the people of Liyue to fend for themselves. Arlecchino is doing (assuming) the same for her own children. Leaving them so they can fend for themselves. Just a theory. But thought it has some relevance

To all those who have lives, and did not decide to translate made up video game languages, the Fontaine Script that appears reads thus; At 44 seconds in- "A spark cannot shatter all shadows until it sets all ablaze" At 47 seconds in- "Or else to the other end of light lies still bleak shades" A direct translation of what the unknown female says at these same times :)
