Whoever named it the happiest City must not have been anywhere else in the world Arlington is not where you'd want to live I mean for Northern Virginia it's good but it's not a great City

If you look at the people’s faces getting in and off at the Ballsto or Courthouse metro stops they do not look happy at all. The only ones that may look happy are the fare jumpers. 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
