Still slowing raising the weight by like a single lb either every other day, or staying at a weight until that weight feels light. Just added more today, so I'm currently at 87lb pronation, 74.5lb rising, and started adding some wrist wrench for cup and also finger strength at 77lb. I'm going to alternate plate wrist curls with the wrist wrench every other workout, because it seems like those need more rest for whatever reason. Form is a little sloppy on this since I just upped the weight, so this is a good point to stay at. Since I'm doing it 4x a day, the form issue with the wrist slightly moving will clear up on its own.
