Kolkata grows into you I am an outsider staying here for the last 30 yrs I can't think of staying anywhere else . Kolkata just embraces you with a warm tight hug and you are hers She welcomes everybody with open arms I have eaten biriyani everywhere but Kolkata biriyani is the best

I feel like Armaan Malik is a better to be called Bengali than many so called 'by born Bengalis' ; as they don't even pronounce their own language properly. Not being a Bengali the way Armaan has made the 'khabarer dola' by his hand, it's really appreciable... I'm proud to be little part of the ex- capital of India and The City Of Joy, our Kolkata... I'm proud to be Bengali and someday every Bengali will definitely feel the same as I do... ❤️😌✨

It's so mesmerizing to see my own city through the eyes of a chef / traveller .... Drone shots were breath taking. So nice to see you'll highlighting the story of BBK .... Co incidentally i had ordered from them for the first time last week itself ... and was quite surprised at various levels ... I had a big smile on my face when the food was delivered by a young lady ( it's an outlet led by all female team ). Biryani was cooked and served in a handi which had a very unique taste and needless to say very pleasing to the eyes when the food arrived. So amused was i by it that i have cleaned and kept the handi as a token of remembrance and you won't believe it even my husband suggested me to plant some greenery in it 😃

Nope far different in West Bengal we prepare jhal Muri dried way while you guys add meat,gravy etc there's less vegetarian dishes in bangladesh while in West Bengal there's tons of vegetarian Street food without vegetables there's no street food in West Bengal India

Instead of Armaan Malik, there should've been a celebrity from Kolkata itself to make it more genuine in terms of hosting someone in your city like Prosenjit Chatterjee, Sourav Ganguly, Babul Supriyo, etc., Just like it was done for Hyderabad & Bengaluru (P.s. same goes for the Mumbai episode with Vaani, where instead of Mumbai, she should've been taken for Delhi tour as she's from Delhi)

Me from kolkata. Yes it's a city of joy. But main abhi Delhi transfer hui hu and i'm feeling that this is city of sorrow. Yaha k log bade selfish hai. Kabhi suna tha Delhi dilwalo ki hai. Yaha toh logo k dil hi gaayab hai.
