Im sorry but the officers actions were justified he was known to be armed and was reached for a hand gun. He was told to get down and he reached for the gun. I'm gonna miss ol' LeRoy "Tarpman" Finicum. I've enjoyed watching the kooky videos he's posted the last several months. Now he's either headed for prison or will go out in a blaze of glory, either by government gun or by his own, self inflicted. Finicum and the Bundy Boys--sounds like an outlaw gang. Maybe they will be legends of the west in another 100 years. They've really bitten off more than they can chew. Protesting on a public road is one thing, but these guys did themselves in when they decided to illegally seize federal property. That's serious business from a legal standpoint.
