Carson - While posted up in the Scotts Dale Pirus with Lil P-Funk and Lil Spook, the security of the building facility told our camera crew that we could not continue shoot on the premises, especially of the Scottsdale Pirus. We had to move locations to finish the interview. One of the main topics discussed was the Carson Movement, which Scottsdale Pirus are not a participant of . They stated that if you don't have all the communities in Carson together, such as 190 East Coasts Crips from Del Amo, Center View, Skotts Parks and others, then it is not a true Carson Movement.

You dont have to present your id but you do have to identify yourself. Thats vital context and it completely depends on if the state is "stop and id".
