No, There is a strategic partnership agreement between countries according to which Russia was to protect Armenian Borders, but Russia not only did no fulfil its obligations during the war with Azerbaijan in 2020 but also assisted Azeries with military intelligence, weapons in another words betrayed and backstabbed Armenia. Not sure, Russian solders would defend our borders if Turkey attacked us as they are Russia's strategic partners and "friends" now helping Russia together with Azerbajdjan to circumvent western sanctions. EU knows about this facts, yet they close an eye on this as oil is more important than blood.

The CSTO is to protect the members territory against whoever it is and azerbaijan is not even part of it so it shows that russia and the CSTO are useless for armenia's defence.
