Telemarketers - here in Europe, when I get a call from a telemarketer/scammer, I normally start chatting them about their religious beliefs and laying on the fundamentalist Christian stuff. After a couple of minutes, they're normally weirded out. Strangely enough, the number of calls from telemarketers/scammers has fallen off recently. I can't think why....
