You're missing one. There is another coral oscillator that can only be unlocked by hunting down all combat logs. It's completely different from the Moonlight Redshift and very powerful.

Admittedly, I love the Dagger just for the fact that I get ridiculous uptime on the melee since I like more up close and personal play but I love almost all of the melees.

Funny enough, the Pulse blade is probably still the best overall weapon of them all. Lunges are extremely important in melee, and the original pulse blade has the best range and speed for this. 2 swipes is also the perfect amount of attacks

Your booster's "Melee Atk. Thrust" dictates the lion's share of your lunge speed and distance and QB cancelling your lunge gives you all the difference in minutia between the weapons themselves and then some. Any melee + Kikaku/Alula (probably some other boosters as well) can reliably land hits on agile cores and bosses outside of stagger. But I'll +1 the sentiment that the Pulse Blade is usually an option worth considering.

@@amaneeta9902 Indeed! dude try using Kikaku boosters with the pulse blade and the Aorta😎. I can stick to anything like glue and dodge at the same time :) It takes some finesse to consistently manage Lunge Cancels and Dash Cancels, but once you can pull it off you’ll be untouchable when on the offensive

In case nobody had said this before me, but I just found out that if you use the plasma thrower (normal attacks) with tetrapod legs, you can still move around normally while attacking in hover mode.

And they all seem usable. Except the plasma thrower's charge attack. Even when that hit it looks like it doesn't hit since it lacks any impact, and the damage is abysmal on top of the impossibly small area of effect... It's got to be bugged, there's no way that's working as intended when you compare it to literally everything else

It just has a very specific range with high damage fall off on the charged attack, the lights are still okay though.

Dude you can hit stuff while it's swinging and charged. Break stagger with the swinging then let go for decent damage.

Missing the standard coral oscillator. Looks kinda like a pulse blade with unique attacks, and a slow sweeping charge attack that's one of the strongest moves in the game.

side tangent, but all institute properties start with ia (ia-02 ice worm and ia-13 sea spider), and every parts start with ia-c0 (the moonlight blade, ephemera set, generator), so what does ia stand for? institute a-holes? institute… allmind? also the ibis series is abbreviated as ib-01. is ia short for iais? also is ibis a silent line reference? is the fires of ibis caused by an ibis series? what is ibis? what is ia?

its all here, not sure what chain you are referring to , theres a chain like whip thing that is a "plasma thrower" 1:35 and the Double Chain Saw called double trouble - 0:56

Pile Bunker The charged attack can deal huge chunk of damage on staggered enemy but it has very short range compared to other melee weapons aside from Chainsaw
