Army Gen. Joseph Votel Sounds Gjallarhorn, Leads Skol Chant

Army Gen. Joseph Votel, a Saint Paul native who is currently serving as the 13th Commander of the United States Central Command, sounded the Gjallarhorn and led the Skol Chant prior to Sunday's game vs. Chicago.

Not a Vikings fan by any metric, but I do agree with their prioritizing men and women who serve and have served our country knowing full well that there’s a chance that they don’t come back.

Jacob Bastian I've met a 2 star air force General. He now works at the Pentagon and he was promoted to a 3 star.

I'm a Detroit Lions 🦁 fan by default (I'm from Detroit) and even though I dislike everyone else in our division (but I REALLY HATE THE GREEN BAY PACKERS), this Minneapolis Vikings "skol" is one of the coolest 😎 kick ass things I've ever seen in football. I would love to go to a Minnesota Vikings just to participate in this!
