That actually a really good idea. In Australia The common points values are 300, 500, 600, 650, 750, 800 and 1000 I personally always write a 750 list to start off with when building an army. Thought if you're new to the game the best points lvl to start with is 500pts.

There are a few ways you could go. I would 100% take amdur at these points, he is a great force multiplier with his banner effect and at a low points list like 450 he's going to be a very scary hero to face. Though at this low points level, it can be a good idea to consider him on foot in a pikewall, as if you take him on horse, you kinda need to take a few kataphracts and that will hurt your numbers quite a bit. As for other heroes, a couple of captains, or maybe a dragon knight on foot really make the pikewall scary. And a drummer, always take a drummer. Acolytes are a great addition to the force, and swapping axes is something that I've considered, but not got around to, and in my opinion, they don't really need. When you can trap a model with acolytes, the dice do the work for you.

I didn’t expect the answer! Thank you! What about alliance with Khand on these points? It is worth to take Khandish King or Chieftan with chariot? It is worth to take that alliance? If yes, how the Easterlings site could looks like?

@@PrzemysawProszowskipp in that case I’m not sure, I’ve never run the alliance before (I don’t own the models) but I know the king can be quite deadly. Amdur and a king at this low points would be quite expensive, so I might leave that until higher levels. Because if you drop amdur for a couple captains, you’re losing one of your most effective pieces.

@@PrzemysawProszowskipp I too would suggest Amdur at this points level. I have a 500 point list that I adore with Amdur on horse, Captain on foot with shield, and War Priest on horse. At 450, You may have to drop the captain or priest. The rest of the list is pikes and shields, 5 bows (I do find having the archery gives me way more flexibility), the war drum and just 2 kataphracts. It has performed really well.

@@NoobsandMen Off course, chariots should be in the list though, perhaps in the upcoming supplement.. I'm still waiting for elf chariot and catapults too as was promised in Legions of middle Earth like 10+ years ago 😪

@@koen0th Personally I don't mind that Khand gets something unique to them, if Easterlings had chariots Khand wouldn't get as much play I don't think. Also No more siege weapons please! -Liam
