The Army Warfighting Experiment: The Urban Series 2022-24 focuses on preparing the Army for conflict in an increasingly urbanised world.
Designed to align experimentation to tactical functions, each focus area will develop year-on-year until integrating them all during a final experiment. The results of these experiments will shape decisions on which capabilities we invest in and develop.
AWE Sustain & Protect examines how we sustain and protect our units in the urban environment. Sustain focuses on intelligent logistics, medical extraction, and vehicle extraction. Protect focuses on physical and non-physical protection. We're also prioritising our people, ensuring they achieve operational advantage.

I bet the Americans fed back how awkward that right hand turn is AT 4:30 with a SA80 tucked into the right shoulder. We need a proper ambidextrous weapon system for urban ops.

that's actually why the Royal Marines use a mix of wepons. the Colt Canada C7 whin in urban fighting and the L85 A3 for most other combat zones

As someone who is super fat from playing video games, its nice to know that if WWIII breaks out I can get a job piloting drones. Lets face it, dropping bombs on randos is funny.
