When you get older do you get weaker and gradually lower weight over years or is it a steady consistent weight that you do for each exercise? Also do you take supplements to keep your energy at that age or is it natural because I always hear about testosterone disappearing at that age.

@@grtf47 hello sir. not sure if you wanted me to reply. but I would like to say I have found that I have lost some muscle and strength. I'm 5ft 8inches tall I now have a 41 inch chest that was 44 when I was 60 my wast is still 32ins as it was in my 20s .I dont take protein drinks or eat 6 meals a day. I eat 2/3 time a day and drink 3 litres of water most days when you get old you no longer go to the gym for a summer body . you go to stay up right fit and mobile . ive learnt also to do more stretching before a work out .the most I bench is120 pounds5 sets of 8 now. I do 5 sets of 8 shoulders 65 pounds the most I lift in bumbells now is 30 kgs the same 5 of 8 I also spend more time its 2hours a day. for a back work out I pull 115 pounds the same reps as before. legs squats I do 3 sets of 8 at 100 pounds . calfs its the same . Nah Ronnie at jays age now looked amazing for his age jay looks saggy and old he’s just fat wich makes him look big but his health is bad I’m pretty sure
