Probably hit calves first no need to siphon recovery blood from chest and calves will get more blood from walking anyway calves first wich gets overall blood flow than chest

Both or 💪 ass competitor's Black/White it doesn't matter . Health and exercise are for all . Ronnie Colman was so important to young Black men because he showed us we can do this too as well as White's. But you both were seen as role models to us kids back then. We wanted to be just like ya'll👍. Both inspired a whole new generation. Generation Z and millennials now
