I believe that starting with triceps then going to biceps are a great way to get a maximum pump.

Probably hit calves first no need to siphon recovery blood from chest and calves will get more blood from walking anyway calves first wich gets overall blood flow than chest

Both or 💪 ass competitor's Black/White it doesn't matter . Health and exercise are for all . Ronnie Colman was so important to young Black men because he showed us we can do this too as well as White's. But you both were seen as role models to us kids back then. We wanted to be just like ya'll👍. Both inspired a whole new generation. Generation Z and millennials now

I dont like pro bodybuilding because i dont like the look but i grew up with watching you and ronnie battle it out througout media and its so great to accidentally come on your speech ... its like i achieved something too lol for some reason.... we came a looooooooooooooooooong way ... i love all the other fans here many prob felt this way .... so happy it ended with two of the greatest socail media personalities ronnie and jay... so happy good guys can win too

I love Jay’s stories. I’m blessed I got to meet both Jay and Ronnie in person. I got to spend a whole weekend with Jay in Tucson back in 2009. Such a class act.
