V. Good suggestion. I am a keralite.my fly was very strict about yhe qualities of food we eat, timing, etc. We have habbit of rich break fast,, lunch with rice , veg, meat or fish, pure ghee, fruits. Dinner we used to take light dinner- kanji with veg or ulwa rice or lapsi with milk. Eat all veg .use less cabbage, flower gopi, raddish , beat root, carraet which reduce iodine in body.. I can proudly say our fly believe in eating good food, not in quantities but in quality of what we eat. Maximum avoid out side food. Be healty. Health is Wealth.
