Recipe and ingredients:
Warm water 100 ml. Warm milk 200 ml.
1 large egg.
Sugar 1 tablespoon. Yeast 1 tablespoon.
Wheat flour 450-500 gr.
1 teaspoon salt.
Let rest for 15 minutes.
Butter 55 gr.
vegetable oil 2 tablespoons.
Grease the cup with vegetable oil.
Let stand in a warm place for 45 minutes.
