I am a Medic Lab Scientist and in a bid to preserve my Holiness and Virginity, I was also delegating or running away from medical procedures that involve exposure to naked female patients such as High Vaginal Swab, Liquid Based Cytology, Endocervical Swab sample collection procedures. But at the long run I came to realize that if I kept running (of course the Bible says to flee all appearances of evil- and i totally agree that most sexual temptations require outright fleeing to overcome), but then it meant I was using my strength to overcome and I was a coward afraid to face my fears. Where then is the place of the grace? How long will I keep running away. It was then I saw the need to ask for grace to face my fears. To take a stand and fight the temptation. I now personally conduct those medical procedures and although at first it was not easy keeping a straight face, grace kept me and grace will continue to keep me. I eventually got married to my wife Nurse Grace, and on our wedding night, both of us were virgins by the grace of God, and we are living happily ever after by God's grace.

1 Timothy 4:12-13 Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. If God has engraced him to be Holy why can't we emulate him and serive to all be like him.... I don't think Apostle Arome is speaking from a place of pride. Start frome chapter 6 to 8, you will get the entire picture. Paul was comparing the law and the Spirit of life Christ Jesus. The law was what was causing him to sin but he said asked who shall deliver me from this body of sin? Read the last 2 verses, then read Chapter 8. Again read Paul's profile in Phillipians 3. You will see that Paul didn't struggle with sin as you suppose. Paul had no record of sin or wrong doing that's why he could say I have finished my course, there's now a crown..... And besides I raised a greater issue than Paul. God Himself said be thou Holy for I am Holy. God cannot ask you to do what is not possible. However, let me strike a balance. 1st John 2:1 says if we sin, we have an advocate, if meaning that it's possible to sin, it's not a must. Look I am not claiming to be holy than thou, but when I understand what grace was meant for, I began to overcome all the issues I use to have as a believer. For instance, like Arome, I can say since I got married I have not touched another woman 8 years now. It's because I saw that grace is meant for me to live right not the other way around.

Saul of Tarsus was a killer, yet he became the greatest apostle. In Paul's time, there were also other preachers, men of God. If we are so holy and we can do all this by ourselves, i.e., by our power, then we do not need Jesus. There was no need for Jesus to come and die for our sins. I only stumbled on this video. I understand that people are so moved that they may fall away from the faith but I do not believe that they MUST fall away from the faith. I would have to ask, what kind of faith did they have in the first place? Was it in God who is strong enough to keep them until the end? Or was their faith so fickle it was based on the behaviour and lifestyle of a mere man who is saved by grace as others are? When a pastor falls, it is not the time to fall away from the faith.
